Weekly Joke:
An architect, an artist and an engineer were discussing whether it was better to spend time with the wife or a mistress. The architect said he enjoyed time with his wife, building a solid foundation for an enduring relationship. The artist said he enjoyed time with his mistress, because of the passion and mystery he found there. The engineer said, “I like both.” “Both?” Engineer: “Yeah. If you have a wife and a mistress, they will each assume you are spending time with the other woman, and you can go to the lab and get some work done.”

Events:
Rock Climbing @ Grand River Rocks - Weekly
A bunch of us rock climb at the new Kitchener gym called Grand River Rocks. Whenever we go we will update the CES calendar (located on the main page) with the time we will be there. If you want to come out and learn how to climb let us know, or just show up! If you have any questions you can contact either myself or Ian Hillier.
We will be going tonight around 6:30PM if you want to come on out!
NEM Rube Goldberg – All of March
This year as a result of having the best machine last year, ESSCO has asked us to build the CN tower machine. It is expected that this machine be more visually appealing, interesting, and reliable (properly designed and not thrown together with garbage). The machine is to be ready for March 8th where it will be tested live (unlike any other machine). If you would like to help, please sign up through the following link http://conestogaengsoc.ca/2012/01/30/nem-rube-goldberg-machine/. More details will be given to those who sign up.
Bowling at Dickson Bowl – 61 Ainslie St. S Cambridge
Last year the Society purchased two Groupon’s for bowling – They expire February 10th so that means we need to go bowling!
First 10 people to signup get in free for 2 hours of bowling with free pizza! Anyone else will have to pay for their own entrance, but it’s relatively cheap anyways.
We will be going Tuesday February 7th at 7PM. Hope to see you all there!

There will be a meeting this Thursday in A2230 at noon. All are welcome to attend!
There is also an Iron Ring petition sheet floating around in every year’s classroom. Please take a look at it and sign it if you agree!
Have a great week!
